Pastor Moultrie is a native of Caretta, West VA, who now along with his wife Minnie reside in Pink Hill, NC. They have two daughters, and two grandchildren. He is a graduate of Woodington High School, and attended Lenoir Community College, Kinston, NC; James Sprunt Comunity College, Kenansvile, NC; and Mt. Olive College, Kinston, NC. Elder Moultrie strives to elevate himself in the Lord and his ministry by attending various conferences and seminars.

Elder Moultrie is a member of Smith Chapel FWB Church, Pink Hill and is currently the pastor of St. Paul FWB Church, Richlands, NC. He pastored Goldsboro Chapel FWB Church, Goldsboro, NC; where he served faithfully for over 20 years as Senior Pastor. There he trainde Preachers and Deacons; was instrumental in the construction of a 1.25 million dollar church; instituted Outreach Programs for Seniors, Youth and New Members.

He served as Pastor of Jumping Run FWB Church, LaGrange, NC; Assistant Pastor of Emmanuel Hill FWB Church, Kinston, NC, and St Peter FWB Church. Junior Pastor Bay Chapel FWB Church, Pink Hill, NC; Associate Minister of Smith Chapel FWB Church, Pink Hill, NC, and in 2005 he became Pastor of St. Paul Freewill Baptist Church, Richlands, NC.

Elder Moultrie allows the Bible to define his beliefs, and without a doubt the Bible is his ultimate guide. He has a magnetic personality, gives spirit filled  sermons, and has a great sense of humor. He is an outstanding Preacher and Pastor of St. Paul and is highly respected among his peers.

Pastor and First Lady Moultrie have a tremendous sense for youth development, church growth and organization. Together they bring a passion for intimacy with God, by stirring up the gifts and talents, as well as a desire to empower others for the name of Christ and for God's glory that souls might be won, delivered, prepared and sent forth in kingdom building work.
